Requirements for League participation from League Operators:
1. Completion and submission of this League Operator’s Letter of Intended Participation and Application Form.
2. All established Leagues in good standing with the ISPA will automatically be renewed into the Association. Any new Leagues will be required to be accepted by the Association based on size (minimum of 30 players and 6 teams), location and past participation in the ISPA. After notification of acceptance, each League will be required to submit team statistics and other pertinent League information through the CompuSport website furnished each League, free of charge, by the Association. This information, plus the annual ISPA player sanction fee for each players recording a score (each players shall be required to sanction with the ISPA only once for the year beginning June 1 and ending May 31) will be due initially at the completion of the fourth week of League play. Updates of new players will be submitted weekly on the weekly statistics. The final tally of the Sanction fees shall be sent directly to the Treasurer of the ISPA no later than two weeks after the completion of that session.
3. Each League will be required to submit weekly statistics for their League showing Division (if applicable). Team standings and individual scores from the previous weeks’ play should be listed by team on the CompuSport website. These statistics must also indicate weeks of play by individuals.
4. Each League Operator will be required to name a ‘second contact’ (someone who can be responsible for your Leagues operation if you are unavailable). You or your ‘second’ will be required to attend ISPA meetings as outlined in the By-laws.
5. There is no League or Team fee but each individual within your entire League that records a score must sanction with the ISPA.
6 To Clarify : NO operator may submit multiple city leagues as one entity on CompuSport. Each city's leagues MUST submit, maintain and enter status and stats of all players, and letters of intent.
This is to prevent state wide all-starring of teams. Each league must have a local operator or representative to supply info and player rankings to ISPA as needed.
Teams will only be accepted from one locations league system, according to core player and substitute eligibility FROM THAT CITY's LEAGUE ONLY. Example: players from Waverly and Maquoketa may not play on the same team, even though their base organization is the same company.
Noncompliance with the above outlined requirements may be subject to penalty as directed by the ISPA Board of Directors.
