ISPA Qualifications Committee Appeals Form

This form is to be used by ISPA league operators and/or players to appeal a reclassification decision made by the Qualification Committee. This will give the league operators and/or players an opportunity to express their opinion on a player’s rating. PLEASE NOTE: This is not the form to use for reclassification requests!

League operators and/or players will have 45 days to appeal to the Qualification Committee decision. After reviewing this appeal, all decisions by the Qualification Committee will be final until the next review year.
